You could use this phrase for just about anything. I believe to truly feel good about yourself then you need to be comfortable, but also prepared to annoy people.
It seems like everything is against your efforts to live better and longer. Adverts, the majority of food shops and the quick fix culture have taken over.
I would say this, it is normal to eat sweets, chocolate, fast food and drink alcohol but abnormal to eat vegetables for breakfast. This is crazy as continued bad nutritional choices will shorten your life.
The message is this, don't conform and be strong. Rise above the average and try something different and see how good you feel. If you want to avoid bread for a day, DO IT, if you want to not drink coffee for a day, DO IT, if you want to have a non cereal based break fast, DO IT.
Remember, what people think of you is non of your business...
I got called a "loser" this evening by a group of teenagers sat on the step of a shop, drinking brandy out of the bottle. Need I say more.....
